Track and Cross Country

Team RFG (Running for God) has merged with the Knoxville Christian Home Educators Athletic Association (a.k.a. Knoxville Ambassadors). The Ambassadors Cross Country program is for Christian home educated boys and girls from the 2nd through 12th grade.

The season kicked off on August 3rd and practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginning in September, meets will be held on Tuesday nights at local parks with elementary students running 1 mile races and Middle School students running 2 mile races. High School students will condition with the team and run a road race together and possibly participate in an out of town invite. The cost for this season is $60 per participant. If you are registering more than 2 participants, there is a $5 per child discount above the second child.
